Our journey here

Founded in 2015, Think Eva have a very defined proposal:
to build a world with gender equality partnering with the private sector.

We know companies and brands are part of society, influence and are influenced by social and cultural issues and have great potential for culture transformation.

We ballast our journey on the knowledge and community fostered by, Think Olgaour NGO sister, allied to our professional experience with brands and companies. We creat a unique way to promote social impact, in dialogue with the businesses strategies.

We launched the first national survey on female representation Women and the Media (2015) and moved advertising and journalism with the report
Nonnegotiable Commitment (2017)
We also set the conversation about unsafe work environments for women at the forefront of the national debate with the research
Harassment free work (2020)
.

In 2020, with the arrival of the Covid19 Pandemic, a new debate arose: how could companies act to mitigate the effects of the health crisis on the most vulnerable groups, among them
mothers
, black women, LGBTI+ AND and poor people? Specific actions and strategic positioning have been taken by large and small clients from our report “Women in Pandemic Times”

In 2022, the Inclusion Game reaches the world with a bold mission: to transform organizations inside out, with method, pragmatism, and results.

Along this journey, our work has already earned us recognitions and ad industry prizes (Cannes and Effie Awards) and certificates such as the WEPS Award (UN) and the Human Rights Seal from São Paulo City Hall. We participate in important global events such as SXSW (Texas), International Labor Organization (ILO)  Conferences, and UN Women20.
